This early total restoration car is an excellent example of a "used but not abused" MG TC |
| This early total restoration car is an excellent example of a "used but not abused" MG TC which has been totally restored and then well looked after by its previous owners. The bodywork, being the front and rear wings, petrol tank and body tub are still in superb condition and the " proof of the pudding " is that the doors close flush onto the body tub, indicating that there is no deterioration in the body frame, the chromework is still good and the interior trim is in excellent used condition. The paintwork to the whole of the car is still in excellent condition considering its age and the wheels, all of which are new, have all been fitted with new tyres. The dash panel and instruments are still in very respectable condition, the hood and side screens are also respectable and in sound and waterproof condition. The MG has just had a complete overhaul of its brakes, being that new brake shoes and cylinders have been fitted and other items related to the brakes have also been refurbished where required. The chassis to the MG and all its related components are all in very sound (but slightly dirty) condition and shows no visible signs of total neglect. When driving the car you will notice that it drives well through the gears, stops well and sounds just like an MG TC should sound when being driven and has a good oil pressure as well as a good charge on its amp meter. The MG is being offered with a full MOT and road tax.
