| Pictured "as found" this 1935 MG PA (fitted with a Ford engine) is an ideal project for a total restoration. This "barn find" 1935 MG PA, chassis number PA2160, was discovered in a barn in South Wales. So few cars now survive being virtually complete of all their parts, even if some of the parts are only suitable as a pattern. This MG model PA has been fitted with a Ford engine ( with an "Aquaplane" head ) which has been matched up to the original MG P type gearbox, original engine components for these cars are now manufactured new from specialist suppliers, also (you may have to wait) a complete second-hand engine can be available. With the MG comes a set of original side screen frames, hood frame, tatty hood and full length tonneau both suitable as patterns only. There is with the MG a small box of loose items like door handles, catches, locks, engine support bracket (to carry the original engine). In view of the condition of the MG I am prepared to offer delivery of the MG to its new owner, which would be "out of pocket" expenses only. The MG comes with an original "old style log book" and a little bit of early history.
